Started fascial stretching today with Lexie Rydleski at Healix near Cascade/Forest Hills in Grand Rapids. I didn’t realize how tense my muscles were until after the stretching session. I feel much more relaxed and limber than when I walked in. After l workouts at the gym, I feel like this will significantly aid in my recovery time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is active. I can’t wait for my next session in two weeks!

Love this place!!!So happy to have a place where you can go to get stretched out. I worked out 6 days a week and need the extra help staying flexible and injury free.They have Great customer service, and treat you professionally.

I saw Becky for a fascia stretch. It was amazing! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great stretch. They offer several other services as well that I’m anxious to check out.

The Healix Center was recommended to me by my physical therapist who knew Robyn Smith of Healix from when Robyn worked with her. I scheduled first appointment for an assessment and fascial stretch therapy with Robyn (see her outstanding bio on their website). I was immediately impressed - with Robyn, with the quality and cleanliness of the wonderful facility, and the friendliness of office manager Emily and all others I’ve met. After a number of sessions with Robyn I’m so thrilled that we’re now going to add personal training to the fascial stretch therapy and nutritional counseling I’ve received.I want to add that Robyn’s background, which includes a career in outpatient orthopedics and as a licensed physical therapist, gave me great comfort as we began working together - earlier this year I had spinal fusion surgery and a total hip replacement so was anxious about the safety of stretch therapy and strength training. But, Robyn’s experience and care has been terrific and I lost all anxiety within our first session.Can’t recommend the Healix Center strongly enough!

I was a complete newb when I started utilizing the gym equipment at Healix. Lexie provided a solid total body workout regimen and walked me through how to use the equipment. I have seen significant changes in my body composition and I am very thankful to have a great resource like Healix helping me along the way!

I am not one to pamper myself, but a massage from Shanon is worth every penny. I have referred many of my clients to her and they are always blown away by her massages. She’s not easy to get into, rightfully so. My advice: become her client before she has to stop taking them! I’m counting down the days until my next massage.
