Have you ever felt sad about the state of your body? Have you ever felt broken not only because of your lack of flexibility but also the general malaise hanging over you like a cloud. I would highly recommend giving Kat and her teachers a visit. She told me that by the time I was 70 I would need help putting on my shoes if I didn't change my ways. Now I wake up fresh as a daisy and ready for anything life can throw at me! It's a fun establishment full of bright energy. Would recommend.

Bay Area Yoga was a highlight in the girls’ weekend I hosted! Amy led a mid morning class for 18 of us ladies. She was accommodating to all yoga abilities and created a unifying, positive mode that was enriching to all who participated. Thanks Bay Area Yoga!

Kat is an awesome teacher with decades of experience. Teachers give great verbal adjustments and hands-on on if you are comfortable. Beautiful space with outdoor covered classes in summer. I have done yoga all over the country, and it's difficult to find attention to the students at this high of a level. They focus on fundamentals and proper alignment, not just getting you to sweat.Great beginner classes available. Movement and mobility series to help with pain (Kat is a certified yoga therapist!). They also have aerial yoga classes now and personal training available now through Stealth Fitness. Definitely give it a try.

Bay Area Yoga has helped deepen my practice, expand my knowledge and body awareness. They offer classes at every level and every age; as well as provide the option to take virtual classes! I cannot speak highly enough of Bay Area Yoga, the instructors and how much I've benefited mentally, physically and spiritual!

Bay Area Yoga is the best. It's an environment and space that is comfortable for everybody. Kat is constantly learning and evolving as a teacher and shares her knowledge with her teachers and students. If you're looking for a safe and effective yoga practice that embraces and embodies the classic value of yoga when it comes to the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects, then Bay Area Yoga Center is the place for you.

Great studio and space for your yoga practice. Many different items happen from moon salutations, kids and canvas yoga, yin, nidra, and lots of Ayurvedic practices

Kat is the best teacher I’ve encountered in years! She is so body aware as far as her instructions and prompts so we stay safe! A shout out to her development over time to developing a more grounded approach to teaching yoga!
