Upon coming back (7-26-23), I was greeted by a friendly male staff member (I didn't catch his name) who made sure I was set and ready to go for my workout, answered a couple questions I had and was very pleasant. That first interaction can definitely set the tone for the duration of my time there and I was very pleased. After my workout he also helped get me set up for the hydromassage chair.

Worst gym experience of my life.Too hot, not enough room for floor workouts, understaffed, and their sign-up and account processes are invasive. I'd rate it less than 1⭐ if I could.

The reason you get only 3 stars is because you closed for a few days for improvements and yet automatically flushing toilets were not among the upgrades. Sorry but it's 2023 if you have a business like this making millions per year and your customers have to manually flush the toilet you don't have your priorities straight

It's well clean, staff is friendly, lockers rooms are well maintained. Only issue I have is the lack of mobility equipment. Don't get me wrong they do have one rig in the back to do pull up on and box jumps but need more the lack of it makes me wanna look at other gyms 🏋️♂️ …
