Had Katie Schumann lead our class today. She was really creative. We had some excellent exercises which were really appropriate for seniors. Some of the exercises we have not previously experienced and challenged our joints and muscles. Thank you, Katie for a well-run class.

Bellin's facility is clean and up to date. The staff is friendly and helpful. I personal training with Amanda twice a week, which is both fun and challenging. She continually changes it up so no two work outs are the same. She makes it worth getting up early.

I attend a bi weekly Cardiac Rehab session led by Dane Sutton. Dane does a very good and professional job at running the warm up sessions and does a personal followup with class members as they are doing their exercises. Nice personal touch Dane! Thanks for your good work. The facilities and equipment are in excellent shape as well.

The group fitness classes are excellent! I'm a morning person and attend the 5:30 a.m. group fitness classes during the week. Bethany teaches a great class on Mondays and Tuesdays, offering a good combination of strength, cardio and flexibility. I also participate in a small group training with Amanda. She always comes up with new workouts and does a great job motivating the group to work harder.
