I have never gone to a gym for over 10 months before, the accountability and the growth I get from Fitnessology have keep me coming back. One of my goals was to hit the golf ball farther, with the exercises put together by my trainers at 57 years old I am hitting it farther than I have in years. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

If you want THE BEST personal training in the Fox Valley, you have to go to Fitnessology. Not only is it one of the best facilities for private training, there's a comfort there from the moment you walk in the door. Clean, I mean CLEAN locker rooms/showers, state-of-the-art equipment, the best staff around and a great smoothie bar. No personal training facility even touches Fitnessology. If you're ready to make the investment in yourself, you won't be sorry you chose them!

I have gone to Fitnessology for massages. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I leave feeling relaxed and reinvigorated.I love Fitnessology and would recommend any one to go and find out themselves.
