Kathy is awesome. The gym has all the equipment that I would want and some cool new treadmills. It is a smaller gym, but that is what I like about it.

Highly recommend this gym. The owners here are phenomenal. Signing up was seamless and I love the atmosphere here. Very comfortable environment to work out in and no judgement what so ever.

After years of loyal membership, I had an exceptionally bad experience with a "trainer" and one of the owners. Was utterly disgusted by the lack of interpersonal skills and rude behavior. Immediately cancelled my membership.Note the childish response from the owner. Perfect example of how bad that singular experience was and the kind of "man" he is. Thank you for proving my point!

Hands down, the best fitness facility around. Such caring and hard-working staff- feels like a family! Excellent equipment… that WORKS on a consistent basis. This place is truly unique and the best place to workout.
