This gym is like my second home! I love the staff and trainers. They know everyone by name and know exactly who can give more and push you to your limits to better yourself. And they do it with encouragement!

With the exception of a few rude employees it is a very nice facility. Most the people are courteous and helpful when asked questions. Just getting back into exercising after 39 surgeries and a recent car accident...so the last thing people need is to walk into an attitude. Thank you to all those for being kind and helpful! Its appreciated beyond words!!!

There's a lot of equipment missing there, but there is very reasonable, includes excellent child care for two hours, the staff is amazing.

Its always fun to be there and just to work out the staff always make it fun :)
