RedDoor fitness is a place my family has become a better self. My daughters participate in the teen classes and Absolutely love the atmosphere, workouts and coaches are friendly and easy to approach. My husband and I as well love the workouts, no matter the workout you leave proud and satisfied of the accomplishments you made. You become a better self for yourself at RedDoor Fitness.

I started CrossFit when I was in the Army and found a smaller gym I loved down in Milwaukee. I prefer gyms where you get to personally know the members and coaches and you are not just another person walking in and out of the gym… RedDoor Fitness makes me feel welcomed and the workouts are incredible! All of the members and staff are so wonderful and encouraging! I never dread going in for a workout thanks to the wonderful RedDoor family, I have gained!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It’s more then just a gym it’s a family. Where you feel apart of something great while achieving your goals. Both athletes and coaches are there to help push you to do your best. If your looking for that extra push in your workout then this is your place. Coaches will help modify anything you are unable to do or if newer they help build you to that next level. Classes are not over crowded and coaches get to each of us while correcting your form. Have a injury no problem they will work and modify your workout till your ready and able to get back at it. They offer fitness classes that focus on strength along with a workout after. They have cycling classes in same building for great sweat sessions with great spin instructors and coaches to help drive you to do your best.

First gym I've joined and stayed at longer than 6 months! I love the community of people and the coaches at RedDoor. It doesn't matter if you are just starting out or have been working out for years the coaches will adjust the workout to fit you. Another bonus is being able to bring my kids with and not feeling bad about it!!

RedDoor has made been an incredible part of my life for the last 5 years. It is a welcoming place where everyone can find their gym family. The workouts are 100% modifiable for all levels of fitness and you can watch your self get stronger with each sweat session! Coaches and owners are great, gym is clean, and classes are offered at a lot of different times. RedDoor is for everyone!
