Claire is a friend and fellow Pilates instructor and from that perspective I can vouch for her dedication, knowledge and professional approach to the Pilates method. She is an honest, talented, and super smart teacher who I feel more than comfortable referring my clients to when they visit or move to Greensboro. As a dancer she has a keen eye and understanding of anatomy and injuries and a clear and comfortable hands-on teaching approach. She's also hilarious and super fun, which is personally something I prefer and appreciate in a teacher. Not to mention that her studio is gorgeous and she has the highest quality Classical equipment. I love Claire!

I have been taking private lessons with Claire for well over 2 years now. I was a complete novice when I entered her studio and now I’m grateful for all the new knowledge, fitness, and understanding of my body I’ve achieved under her guidance. With her one on one instructions, I’ve learned the principles of Pilates, how to strengthen my core & back, increase my flexibility, and improve my balance & posture. Her sessions are quite challenging, but mixed with kindness, patience, and encouragement that help you teach your peak potential. Claire is highly skilled & trained. A year ago I was injured after a snow skiing accident & returned to Greensboro facing new physical challenges… she adapted her exercises & routines to fit my needs so we could continue our sessions & I can say now I’m feeling even better than before my injury! Highly recommend!

Claire is an amazing teacher! She is knowledgeable, talented, enthusiastic, and supportive. She is able to teach anyBODY — she can adapt a workout to meet the needs of someone recovering from an injury or a surgery as well as someone who is an extreme athlete. Love her and love her workouts!
