Corey is the best and the gym itself is clean and neat. Been here since 2021, love it!

Corey works at the front desk. He is an amazing person and employee. Any time i need help he’s always there to provide exceptional customer service. He makes working out here even better!!!

omg the gym is so nice. the equipment is always so clean and everything gets fixed pretty fast. i love using the sauna because it's always hot and helps me detox. the trainers here are super nice and always help me when i have a question. front desk is always helpful too. linda is very kind, madison is always informative and corey is pretty funny. come to O2 much better than any other gym i've been to

Love this gym, and love the child care. They actually do activities for the kids and engage them, unlike other gyms that just stick your kids in front of the TV! My family loves o2! I’m so thankful we joined when we moved to Greensboro!

The gym is fire and Corey at the front desk is always so helpful and he’s pretty funny too! He helped me open my locker Muy bueno !!!Ryland is also super great and helped me navigate around the gym, such a great guy

Ryland was a fantastic guide in explaining and showing equipment/ services this gym offers. Overall the gym is very clean and aesthetic as well as offering an open place for young and up coming “gymrats”! 10/10

I do not recommend this gym. If you decide to go here, make sure you get everything in writing. I was told twice that my autodraft for group fitness class was canceled but it was not, and they refused to give me a refund since I don't have it in writing. I would have happily sent an email or text, but I was told it was taken care of. The equipment and space look nice, but if something breaks it usually doesn't get fixed. There are good people who work here, but their turnover is high so it seems like a bad place to work. They have terrible customer service, and care about their bottom line over the community.

All 5* reviews are a part of a promotion and encouraged by the location . If you are regular gym guy , avoid O2 unless you have high tolerance for lack of common sense and ignorance by the management . You will not find any motivation here .Don't pay 80 dollar something for this gym. It's not worth . They are a part of Silver Sneakers or Tivity which are under $30/month .1. Maintenance on the machines are very poor and they often break especially cable machines.2. I have worked out at gyms some where some of you would call "Ghetto" . They had better customer profile that is not hoarding on the benches , handles etc. and they were more aware of their surroundings.3. Sooner or later a weight plate will find its way from upstairs as there is a gap and nothing can avoid gravity. I warned them 5 times at least. If you get hurt , use this review to claim punitive damages from this location.4. Trash cans are often full of paper. Trainers are also unaware of their surroundings and as inconsiderate as the customers. They must be a part of the change and influence the customers instead .5. Some of the customers go to bathroom for over 10 minutes with 3 or 4 sets of weights on the bench . They complain not you put the weights back and start using the bench.6. Men's locker room smells like what YMCA "used to" smell like .It feels like retro.

Everyone here is super nice, joining O2 was off of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Ryland makes the atmosphere here so welcoming.

Very weak and my cardiologist is happy I'm doing treadmill and recumbent bike. He recommended I do both at walking speed.
