I’m a UNCG alumni and didn’t make good use of Kaplan but now that I’m a working woman, I’ve realised how important wellness is to me! I signed up for the summer and I have to say I absolutely love coming here. I don’t look at the staff in anyway because I’m young and so are they. I will keep coming xx

Great facility. Excellent variety of equipment. Climbing wall and racquet ball courts plus pool in addition to cardio and weights. Massage chairs and nap pods too!

I love this fitness center! Very spacious! Upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of equipment. And I LOVE that there is an indoor track!

It’s clear to me no one managing this gym has ever lifted weights in their life. I went for a bench press record, unsure if I would be able to get the bar back up. They forced me to put cuffs on the bar. “It’s policy” they said condescendingly. Bar went down, not up. Thank god my girlfriend was there to help since I was unable to properly bail the weight. No one knows where anything is. They only have four bench racks, and 500 treadmills no one uses. It’s flashy from outside, but I can guarantee no on will ever make significant progress here.

I got summer membership here which was only $75 for the whole summer. This included gym access, swimming, access to several sports halls, piney lake (kayaking and other water activities), and a climbing wall.Great facilities, very clean, and during the summer months it was never overly busy. Only slightly negative point I have is I would like the gym to be open later at a night as it closes at 8 pm weekdays and 6 pm weekends.

Great place to come get your complete body workout! Here on the third-floor there is a inside running track all you need to do is 8 laps to do one mile. If running is not you're thing they're stationary bikes, ellipticals, free weights, assisted weights is the best thing I can call it and every kind of machine under the sun to help you get the perfect body!On the second floor there's more free weights lots of gym equipment to get all sweaty on, just make sure you wipe it up for the next person also the 3 Court gym. On the first floor we have a 2 Court gym. I believe you can play volleyball, 2 racquetball courts and one giant pool! One of the tallest that I know of rock walls or imitation Rock wall if you want to call it that. The only thing that you can't do is make a rock fall off of it!Now that you're all hot and sweaty, you can head to the first floor to the locker rooms take a nice shower before heading off to class or home!

Cool place! It is very similar to one we have at University of Florida.

Open early, closes late! The pools are amazing, one deep, one shallow. Dry sauna available, equipment check out, pool tables, table tennis, lots of treadmills and bikes, plenty of places for group sports indoors. Indoor track. Everyone is pleasant, locker rooms are pristine, and have free day use lockers.
