The only downside is the price (thus the 4 instead of 5). It's more expensive than other gyms; however, you get what you pay for. It's always clean, plenty of equipment, and friendly people. I came here after a bad experience at a less expensive gym where I felt like my privacy was violated and haven't had any issues here.

Great classes! Instructors are fabulous, personable, high energy, and knowledgeable My routine is sporadic, mornings afternoon and evening depending on my schedule and have never had an issue with it being too crowded. Never wait on machines or share weights as I have at other local gyms. Great club and happy to be a member for over 3 years

This gym is absolutely amazing. Corey at the front was super helpful and amazing. He made me feel very welcomed to and was a delight to talk with! 10/10 will recommend coming here for your fitness needs!

O2 at Friendly Center is absolutely amazing. The facilities are well maintained and there is a diverse membership base to help all kinds of people of all kinds of ages and body types feel comfortable and encouraged. The staff is welcoming and super friendly. Corey is always sure to say greet people as you arrive and leave and helps add to the overall atmosphere. I’ve had my membership for a year now and have no complaints!!

Great gym in the Greensboro Friendly shopping center. O2 also has a upstairs area to workout. The equipment are up to date. I personally enjoy the downstairs area, there’s more equipment and dumbbells. My membership came with 2 free Personal Training Sessions, choosing to work out with a trainer of your choice. O2 is very clean and organized. Their staff (especially at the front desk) and trainers have been nothing but excellent. I highly recommend this gym for everyone.
