I just returned from my first "Be In The Glow's Well+Fit+Social" destination retreat at the beach. The weekend was an amazing combination of fitness, fun, great food, new friends, and rest. I can't wait to go on another one of Ashley's upscale retreats. She both pampered us and gave us amazing daily workout sessions near the water. This was the best retreat of my life.I've also been to several group classes at the WellHouse Fitness Studio. I enjoyed the variety of exercises and the teacher was quick to explain how to do things if she saw any of us struggling. Her expert technique made the class time fly by. The studio has a lot of options, so I can see myself coming back again and again.

WH is an awesome studio with a variety of classes whether you enjoy more traditional pilates or fun cardio based workouts. The bounce class is my personal favorite. Your leg muscles will hurt in places you didnt know were possible!!The pilates and yoga options are a great balance for anyone who runs and lifts. Stretching those muscles in new ways feels amazing.Not to mention the staff is super fun, and somehow makes everyone feel like a long time client even on your first visit!

The WellHouse Studio is a fabulous place to workout! Ashley is a great instructor and even better person. She will welcome you with open arms, and make you feel super comfortable with new and exciting workouts. The WellHouse offers such a variety of workouts under one roof- bounce classes- yoga- Pilates mat classes - and Pilates equipment classes...something for everyone!! I can't say enough good things about Ashley and her studio...you just need to come out and try it for yourself believe me you won't be disappointed!!

I am so glad I stumbled upon The WellHouse Fitness. Ashley and her team are amazing instructors who have a true passion for people and healthy lifestyles. I highly recommend Pilates Mat for core training and Bounce to the Barre for a mix of cardio and strength training.I have been a member of The WellHouse since the beginning of 2018 and couldn't be happier with my progress. Ashley truly knows how to push you in class so you leave always feeling anew and re-energized!

After a year or so of searching for a Pilates studio I enjoyed in the Greensboro area, I finally found it! I have taken Pilates (primarily classical reformer Pilates) for a few years but felt things were getting stagnant. Most studios I called were only available 9-5 (I work, so that was not an option), outrageously expensive, or rude. Not Wellhouse! I noticed changes in my practice and body immediately after taking classes with Ashley. The approach is grounded in classical Pilates - but don't be afraid, Ashley meets you where you are! After being at the studio for 5 months, I see huge improvements in my strength, flexibility, and emotional balance. I highly suggest taking a class!PS. I am not a fan of cardio but even I enjoy the Bounce classes. They are fun and fast-paced and I always feel sore the next day.
