Coach Lamont is the best. He always makes sure that you understand everything he teaches and takes the time to work with you. He also makes sure you get the fundamentals down. The gym is very inviting and comfortable, and I would recommend Top Level to anyone who wants to learn kickboxing or who wants to get in shape. 5 outta 5 the best!

Lamont is an exceptional coach, be it for competition fighting or general fitness, with both the background and aptitude to guide students of all skill levels and help them achieve their goals.The facilities at Top Level Kickboxing are great, too. Bags, pads, and a full size ring are available for use, in great condition, and kept clean and hygienic.The rates for monthly membership, drop-in classes, and private lessons are all very reasonable as well.I am glad I followed one of his student's recommendation to train with Lamont and would not hesitate to recommend anyone do the same.

I love my gym. Coach Lamont is an amazing person beyond being an amazing striking coach! I can truly say I love my gym and my team. The teamwork, dedication, lessons both for fitness and technical application are long term benefits. The relationships you develop are long standing and long lasting far beyond just the gym. All I can say is TLK is the best gym I have been to in all around growth as a person and as a warrior. I encourage everyone to go there and check it out for yourself and be amazed!

Having my daughter join Top Level Kickboxing was one of the best decisions ever. Coach Lamont is so good with the kids. He is helpful to each of them, sets high expectations but also allows them opportunities to be kids. I have seen such a great improvement in my 7 year old not only with her kickboxing skills but her behavior overall. Coach Lamont checks in with each kid and checks how they are doing in school at the end of each day. I dont know how he does it all by himself but he is an Amazing one man show. A coach makes a fight gym and Lamont is an incredible coach. His experience, patience, and the attention he gives to each fighter brings so much value to each class. He tailors his coaching to each student, leveraging their strengths and styles.The positive environment Lamont creates has attracted wonderful students of all types and levels.Finally, worth noting, Top Level is the only fight gym in the area (and maybe in the state) that offers a monthly women's sparring for experienced fighters.I cannot recommend Top Level enough!

Getting my sons trained under Coach Lamont has been the best extracurricular activity I could've signed them up for. Both of my boys enjoy it and not only is it fun but being confident in knowing that they're learning life lessons along with defending themselves go a long way with me. Thanks for all you do Coach. Lamont is a fantastic kickboxing coach and a wonderful human being. He takes his job very seriously and strives to bring out the best from his students. Been training with him for over 5 years but still he is able to bring something different in every class.
