Different classes available, works with different levels of physical capabilities. Everyone is inviting and kind.My son has special needs and this gym and coaches have helped him make some HUGE changes in his socialization and behaviors while letting him work off that extra energy in a healthy fashion.

Found them through a co-worker, I was looking for a place for my oldest son to train. From day one they have been absolutely amazing to deal with. Inviting atmosphere for any level of training, Coach South has an amazing way with the children. Liked it so much I joined as well as my oldest daughter and a few of her friends. Can't say enough good things about all of these people. Coach Mike, Will, Jordan you guys are amazing and thanks!!

Mike is the man. Taught my son excellent Jiu Jitzu skills that he brought with him to competition and the real world. Here everyone is family. All the instructors have been in the ring. They bring that experience from the cage to the classroom. The Hybrid Striking class is great. Sparring sessions once a week keeps you sharp. The kick boxing is awesome cardio giving you a chance to learn excellent boxing combos and you get to perform high intensity bag work. Everything you need is here.

Stopped in while in town for some rolling. This is a great school. Mike Sanford is great instructor of the gentle art. His students are killers. Great people, and I looking forward to visiting the next time that I’m in town.
