I have been diagnosed with several autoimmune disorders for several years now. I have lost tons of mobility due to arthritic problems in my spine and hips. In high school I ran track, played basketball and volleyball. I was extremely active, so to go from that to NO activity in my late 30’s was a tough pill to swallow. I have tried everything from yoga to pilates to just simply walking as an exercise routine..... anything I could try that may allow me to exercise and regain some mobility I was willing to do.I tried hotworx over a month ago now and was shocked at how good I felt after one session! I was sore yes but I felt amazing! Historically, any workout had me in pain for days! After just one time at hotworx I was feeling energized and better than I had in years! I have consistently gone 3-4 times a week for over a month now and I am so excited with the vast improvement to my quality of life.If you have not given them a try DO IT! I promise you will feel better then you have in years both mentally and physically! The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming!

When I was a young boy, I got lost in the fog for days and days. I became one with the fog. It lay over me like a warm blanket, day and night. The only thing that has ever come close to that experience is HOTWORX! After my first session I felt like a kid again, lost in that fog, but with a ton of mental clarity and inner peace.
