First off I purchased a single month with the owner personally, was not told that I would be charged monthly with the card I used. I did not purchase a yearly membership, was only given a paper receipt and made unaware that my card would continuously be charged. Was not given notice or courtesy call and was sent to collections. I then paid off my account, at which point they still sent my account to collections. Absolutely horrible customer service. Which business owner would allow you to pay off your account and still send it to collections?! Id make sure that your aware of every detail when going to this gym, as they will lie and take your money without hesitation and have no intentions of doing the right thing. As far as the atmosphere of the gym, lots of senior citizens and high school kids, good equipment selection and everyone is respectful. Have nothing bad to say about the selection or choice of equipment. A let down though in the sense that I was charged and actually paid off my account to still be sent to collections. You can’t get any lower when it comes to customer service. MAKE SURE YOU ASK QUESTIONS WHEN SIGNING UP IN THIS GYM.

Doc and everyone else there was so welcoming. They have a vast array of equipment for lifters of all types. An amazing experience. 10/10. Could not recommend enough!

This place is the BOMB!! They have a Huge cardio and circuit training with multiples of everything for all levels of fitness.The weight room is massive also.There is yoga Monday and Wednesday mornings at 815am and Brazilian jiu jitsu also.When you join, one of the several fitness trainers will custom build a workout for you based on what level of fitness you are and will continue updating that as you progress!They also have a wonderful space with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room!!They have a smoothie bar and the environment is great for ALL AGES!!They also accept silver sneakers through humana! I am 37 and that is what I have!And the membership is only like $15/ $20 a month!!Come to YOUR own gym that has precedented all of the gyms in Gulfport since the early 80's

Family atmosphere. High level equipment. Enough machines for everyone. Two Saunas and a hot tub. Clean Showers. Lounge area in locker area. Ju Jitsu training area. Arobic room. Smoothies and supplements available. Very nice management. No egos so everyone is comfortable reguardless of age

I loved the vibe of this gym . I was visiting form out of town for a few weeks . The owner was so helpful in offering me a rate for my stay so I could still get my workout in. It has the feel of an old gym where people come to work and I love that about it!

Amazing staff, group of excellent professionals, clean, welcoming, great atmosphere. Plus there is a Martial Arts School , Sauna, Steamroom, big variety of machines and classes like yoga fitness and more. I highly reccomend this gym.
