HORRIBLE PARKING. they will tow you as soon as DDs closes if you are in the lot that is shared by Planet fitness. FIX YOUR PARKING LOT OR MAKE DIVIDERS OR TOW SIGNS CLEAR. Spoke to the staff and they did not care, they simply said “they tow cars all the time”

Horrible experience, bringing a guest for the first time! Zero help at the front desk! Extremely uncomfortable experience! My guest said; I can’t workout in this place , the equipment looks good but the personnel are horrible . We left without working out! Beware!!!

All-around a great example of what a PF should be like clean, spacious, most machines working, a few down is common and expected. I only saw 1 maybe 2 machines not working. (not like my home location in Port Charlotte, FL operated by "EasyMile Fitness")

I’m barely giving 2 stars, member since opening & no they did NOT have a sign stating no parking in DD areas. I was illegally towed costing over $300 when I tried to find out ownership or management of the lot seems like a secret. I reported this to BBB & to the police as no one was able to provide contact info to ownership. Illegal tows are big business, now as a blk card member I was told I’m disobeying bc I did not have the app and therefore could not enter with my guest. What? I’m a paying member and my guest always gave the phone number to be checked in. Not everyone has an app. The fact I scanned my card and shows current black card membership paid should have been enough. Very rude group of young people who do not know how to conduct business. They tried to embarrass me and laughed. When I stated the front desk would just her name/number of my guest Jay & Alexis said well this is how we do it and we’re here now.I know it’s hard to find good help but what am I paying for? Often times there is no paper towels, looking to find a new gym. Disappointed. Email sent to Derrick Blair.AS IF 9/23 this gym & ownership of this parking lot is still towing peoples cars. The sign they recently put up is not visible to members. This has to be unlawful as DD’s has parking only for DD’s in tiny writing. Kickbacks happening here at members expense? They sneak and tie real fast!!!Email sent to corporate and local - pending response regarding scanning in and being told my guest could not come in with me bc I don’t have an app. Was asked to leave when trying to explain they front desk typically gets guest phone number as he was in the system. I’d appreciate a follow up or does PF Hawthorne not care about how members are treated?
