I highly recommend this CrossFit gym. I’ve been a member for 4 years now and let me say the amount of dedication the owner and the coaches put into making us better athletes is unparalleled. I’ve gone to crunch fitness, L.A. fitness and fitness 19 and none of them were capable of keeping me motivated enough to commit to my nutrition and fitness. You sign up and the rest is up to you. Well, that’s not how it goes at Renatus. In the amount of time that I’ve joined Renatus I’ve lost 25 pounds, but more importantly I’ve learned that fitness and health goes beyond the scale. The people that go to Renatus aren’t some arrogant douchebags either. They’re people that you come to know as friends and even sometimes family. If you don’t show up for a week, they’ll notice and keep you accountable, and sometimes, you need that push to keep you engaged. If you’re considering coming to this gym, do yourself a favor and sign up. Sincerely, your friendly neighbor.

Hands down the best place to get a good workout. Tons of equipment, open space and super clean. The coaches are amazing, everyone has a good attitude and are very encouraging. If you’re looking for a good support system on whatever your goals are, this is the place to be.
