Haven't worked out in years. Tried powerhouse gym but wasn't really feeling it. I was recommended to Josh at Renatus Athletics, started my free week and it's the best decision I made. Even though you work out in groups it's like having a personal trainer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape, get in better shape or just looking for a great workout. This place is nothing but great vibes

Whether you are looking to try CrossFit for the first time or looking for a new CrossFit home, this is a perfect spot! I highly recommend stopping by and giving CrossFit Renatus a visit or calling them up to learn more about the classes they offers. The owner is a US Marine Corps veteran and the prices are excellent! This place is amazing. Every time I worked out, I feel strong and fit. At times it feels like a little bit of an addiction, waiting to go back and try the workout again, see if I can do better. The coaches have been amazing, and when needed help modify workouts to meet my needs. I can always do the workouts as prescribed, but the coaches are able to give me modifications to help me still get an amazing workout. I love their weight loss challenges as they keep me motivated throughout the year. I love the atmosphere, it’s definitely not 24 hour fitness or planet fitness. It feels sometimes like a family that gets together for one hour to work out.I love how they’re always updating their equipment, and bringing you stuff in to try.If you want to get fit, feel strong, and get a challenging work out, this is the place to go.
