Iam 66 yrs old. I use to compete in bodybuilding and train at Gold's in Venice. Since living here in Hemet, I decided to check out Planet Fitness. I was impress with the equipment and staff. All up to date equipment. I train late at night around midnight. Not crowded. As any gym there's alot of wannabes.

I have been coming here for months. Even while expecting. The treadmill is great for my daily walking and they have light machines too adjusted for any lifestyle or starting point

For some reason I pay for a 24 hour service that they sometimes don’t have 24 hours. At least refund people when you turn it off, didn’t you guys learn when you charged everyone during covid? Literally tried to go twice and since they closed early on sundays I couldn’t at all. Now I go in to cancel cause I’m sick of not knowing what days they decide to close early for a place that’s 24/7, and now that I canceled it it’s back to 24/7 but who knows how long that would last. How hard could it have been to have enough staff to provide the paid service? Everytime I went at night staff just stood outside talking to each other the whole 1-2 hours not checking machines, watching to see if anyone is hurt, etc

Equipment seems clean showers are dirty .ever heard of bleach. I love the tanning but they let a guy live there well at least everytime I go he is sleeping with all this belongings and not working out I don't like the snootyness of regular gyms.

So far until something changes I really like this site. You get greeted on entry. People walk around & clean the machines periodically, tho due to people not wiping down machines when they are done id say it couldn't hurt to see them do it a little more frequently. Under a large chuck of the machines is pretty dusty which is only annoying if you have irritating allergies like me. Lol General cleanliness is on point tho, especially in the bathrooms which is amazing. It's not too loud, they run the ac at a great temp too. Id just suggest park as close as possible to the windows, especially at night. The location has had the occasional car break in. Don't leave valuable in your car.

Looks is they just remodeled but the upkeep sucked. Looked like showers hadn't been cleaned, floors were dirty, mats were filthy upon entering. Water in shower was only warm. Staff was friendly. I do not get paid to check these things and 'inform management'. I am a paying customer hot water, clean equipment, floors and showers is what I pay for. I should not have to go ask like it is an add on.UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Again, these things are what we paying customers are agreeing to have as we pay a monthly fee. It is YOUR part of the agreement to maintain/check these things, and provide the service you committed to, and ALWAYS have them 100% ready for us!

Be very careful with this gym. I asked to cancel my subscription before 1 week had passed and they did not. When I go to claim I am surprised that they put another person with the same phone number and under my subscription, since I never authorized such a thing. Today I went to talk to them and I demanded that they definitely cancel my subscription and the manager did it with a very bad attitude. I hope this time if it has. It's shameful that they do this. I will never trust that gym again.

It's good great but sometimes they closed early on Sunday like at 10pm why? It supposed to be open 24hrs. 😕 I'm paying to go any time any day and sometimes icant cause thru decide to closed early. …

Some of the machines need to be replaced and the massage chairs definitely need to be replaced. The massage chairs are old, uncomfortable the balls miss a lot of area on the back.
