During the start of covid (2020) I stopped going to the gym, between then and now I haven't been physically active, through the urging of my wife who works at the hospital(35yrs) I signed up with the fitness center and it's the best decision I've made in a long time it's modern clean and the staff is very professional, I enjoy going to the Atrium Health Wake Forest fitness center, i highly recommend it👍👍

It was nice meeting new people and working out to be healthy it was hard work sometime but was worth it I really enjoyed it the encouragement to continue to be healthy
