Burn Boot Camp has been life changing for me. I am new and have always thought high intensity workouts were just "not my thing." Now they are 100% my thing because the trainers motivate and educate and the community is welcoming and positive. If you're wondering if you're fit enough, strong enough, good enough for Burn-come as you are! My kids love Childwatch and the times of the camps (classes) are super convenient.
