In the past I always had to "make" myself go to the gym, but with Crossfit I look forward to it and can't wait to see what the next WOD is. The staff at HPCF is second to none and it's as if I am working with a personal trainer every time I step through the door. The sense of community, support, and training has made me achieve things I never dreamed possible!

I joined HPCF with the mentality that exercising was a necessary evil, and anyone who said that they actually enjoyed working out was a liar. One year later, and my opinion is completely flipped! Crossfit is about so much more than"working out", and it has little to do with "being the best". The best part about High Point Crossfit is the community - from your first day you feel welcomed, and everyone cheers you on no matter what your ability, and is equally invested in each others' accomplishments. High Point Crossfit isn't just another gym - it's a family!

Going to the gym use to always be a task and I could never really get into a groove and stick it out. Joining a crossfit gym solved that problem. Not only is HPCF and coach Brendan the best gym around, you will gain much more than just a good sweat. From the brand new facility, to the top notch coaching, and awesome group of people, whatever your fitness goals are you will reach them here. Crossfit in general, but more importantly at HPCF, is hands down the best program to do! And rest assured anyone at any fitness level can do it! Got to start somewhere

Unfortunately I've moved away and can no longer workout at HPCF but I figured I owe them some love for all they did for me. I was tired of my routine of just going to the gym and lifting weights and I didn't feel like I was enjoying lifting anymore. On the advice of my cousin I tried out High Point Crossfit and it was a perfect match. I started enjoying and even looking forward to working out. The people were cool, the workouts were fun, and I didn't have anyone screaming in my face.If you are looking for a change of pace and a fun workout, ask for Coach Brendan. He'll tailor the workout to any fitness level and make sure you have a good time. I miss that guy already.

I am new to Crossfit and honestly was a little terrified before I started.. I've always been a gym member but had to force myself to go to the gym everyday. I love going to Crossfit and look forward to it. Yes the workouts are hard but everything is do-able and the feeling of accomplishment makes you want to keep coming back. The staff is really friendly and encouraging and everyone cheers you on. It doesn't matter what your skill level is - if you're looking for a good work out with some amazing people this is the place!
