I recently moved to high point and have been on the hunt for a new gym. I was recommended O2 fitness by Arieanna and have been loving my experience. The gym itself is in a great location, has great equipment, and extremely clean. Not to mention the staff are incredibly friendly and supportive.

I've been going to O2 Fitness at the Palladium Center for almost a year; it is one of the best gyms I've been to. It is spacious with ample floor space and equipment, and still feels roomy even at peak times. The staff at the reception is very friendly as well. The equipment is largely well-maintained except for 1–2 machines that may sometimes take a while to repair because of part shortages.I also want to commend Ariel Rubin at O2, who works closely with me to improve my many weak spots. Ari is incredibly professional yet cool and easy to work with, and has played a pivotal role in revising my workout routine for the better while identifying and working my under-developed muscles. Her guidance has helped increase both my stamina and overall well-being.

I’ve been apart of quite a few gyms in recent years and O2 fitness beats them all! They’re equipped with loads of fitness tools and machines so my workouts are never boring! Their staff is so friendly and personable—many of them knowing me by name. I just love the welcoming and friendly environment here!!

This is a really great facility! Everything is clean and very well taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ariel is my personal trainer and the Fitness Director at O2 High Point. She is an incredible trainer and human being. She gives you a detailed, personalized approach for your fitness journey. I am very lucky that I found her! Definitely give this place and Ariel a try!!

*UPDATED*I've been a member for nearly a year and I love this gym and recommend it to anyone who will listen! I like that there are only a few TV's in the space and the equipment options are great! I enjoy having access to the steam room and sauna as well. The upstairs turf is super great to get away from the floor when it is busy and has less distractions. There is a great workspace that was amazing when we lost power and we were able to workout, take showers and then do work in the workspace! The front desk staff is super helpful and nice and always greet me when I come in. The environment is super motivating and nice! I've only had great interactions with the Patrons.I have a few complaints and they don't affect my rating but I would like to see some improvement -There are several machines (including the water dispenser) that are down pretty regularly. It really messes with my routines when I can't do my whole circuit. Also, the seats on several of the machines are really worn out and ripped in places and it is uncomfortable sometimes.Additionally, during my free personal training, I felt like my trainer didn't actually pay attention to my goals and wasn't interested in helping me. The second session, he complained that he had worked 5 hours that day and was really low energy when I had worked 10 hours and came anyway and I was trying to get energized. He wasn't paying attention to me and was more interested talking to others on the grass. My final complaint is that the parking lot is very regularly super nasty and trash stays outside for a very long time.__________Update: O2 reached out and got me a redo at the personal training and Erik was great and really made it worthwhile! That being said, the gym equipment being down has become a very persistent problem to the point that I can no longer give this location 5 stars. The majority of the leg machines have been down for weeks to the point that I've had to get creative on leg days. The steam rooms have been down for well over a month and really take away from the experience. The water dispenser is also gone after breaking and has been for over a week.I understand that they are working with a company for the maintenance and repairs but at what point do you realize it isn't working out at the detriment of the guests. This sounds like it's a problem at the corporate level and isn't on the management of this location but nonetheless, it has impacted my experience and it needs to improve.

O2 is a lot better than most gyms around here when I first joined. All the staff are very nice and welcoming which I appreciate a lot. There are just some inconsistencies that throw me off. Some are the machines randomly breaking and it taking a couple weeks to fix, the organization of plates, items for cables always scattered, steam room not working, lockers being faulty, and no more towels, etc. I am positive I am not the only one that has these concerns. But the cleanliness, workers, and fellow gym goers are awesome to converse with. I know y’all just recently had a managerial change, I would just like to see these problems addressed for the price I pay to be a member of this gym.

I love 02 Fitness it’s been one of my favorite gyms here in NC, we’re new to the Carolina’s. Brandon is a personal trainer and answered all my questions so thoroughly he’s a very educated trainer and knows his stuff I highly recommend his services to anyone such a sweetheart. Also this gym has been very welcoming. Thanks O2.

O2 fitness in High Point is an awesome facility. The gym has everything I need in terms of equipment, machines, turf space, etc. and they are all new or in excellent condition. Tons of options for machines and equipment so I rarely find myself waiting to use anything even during the busiest times of day. The outdoor space has become a favorite now that it's warmer and is a rare amenity for gyms in the area. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to Ari who I would recommend to anyone looking for a trainer. Very knowledgeable in multiple disciplines and really makes an effort to understand your personal strengths, weaknesses, goals and apply them to your personalized plan. Sessions w/ Ari are always challenging yet rewarding.

The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Communication is good. I do get annoyed with folks who "park" themselves on a piece of equipment and scroll on their phones or, worse, chat with a friend while not doing anything on the machine.

Overall great experience and gym. The yoga studio could use some additional equipment and the fitness studio could use a nice mic that works for the instructors. Like the body pump instructors, Caitlyn and Terri have great yoga classes. Lots of equipment and three hydromassage beds. The staff is super nice and always welcoming. I would give this Gym five stars except for the couple of comments I made above.
