Wonderful for kids and adults! This program has helped my son with focus and responsibility, along with so much more. I myself started doing kick boxing with them and I’m loving the group encouragement and results I’m seeing, along with learning how to protect myself.2 enthusiastic thumbs up 👍👍

Me and my brother looked up the place online and saw some promising stuff and prices for like a kickboxing trial classes. We decided that since we live so close we could just go there to ask more in-depth questions. We get there and no one was there so we waited for about five minutes until I yelled out “excuse me” thinking maybe they just don’t know we were there. Well we heard “just wait” behind a door. Not “sorry just a few more minutes” or “please wait”Whatever it’s fine maybe they would come out shorty right? No, waited for 20-25 minutes for no response, no update on the situation no person coming out no nothing was just a big waste of time. I understand that people are busy and maybe there were some behind the scenes stuff we weren’t aware of but the person could of LEAST come out and say “hey sorry but could you please come back another time?”If that were the case then it would be fine but there was just a lack of consideration and communication.

Mr. and Ms. Snyder run a flawless martial arts facility. Providing the best of the best in High Point for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and more. From youth through adults you cannot not give them look if in the market.

My son has grown in confidence over the time he's been taking classes at Tiger Rock. We absolutely love the Snyder's and all the instructors. Thanks for pouring into Kyle!

Good BJJ training but the owner was rude and aggressive to me and my family when I decided to stop going. He even brought up who was paying for the classes and said who he should've really been talking too. (my mother) I have a disability and overall it was a good place to have fun and learn. But our last encounter was not so pleasant.God bless your establishment.

My son Jackson loves training here. Everyone is awesome. He has grown not only in his skills but in his patience with others and listening and following direction. I am excited to see him on his journey to black belt with his "never give up" attitude and the values instilled in him by Tiger Rock and his instructors especially Mrs Snyder and the others that help out the juniors class. I will recommend Tiger Rock to anyone.

I've been taking a women's self-defense course here for about 2 months and I have learned so much. I am developing new skills that I feel are making me both stronger and smarter.

I have been coming here for a few months now and absolutely love it. The husband and wife duo are very friendly and helpful when it comes to training. I highly recommend.

I have taken many boxing classes and I did martial arts when I was younger, but the Women's Self Defense class that I am taking at this Martial Arts studio is the best I class I have taken.
