The coaches at Crossfit Code Red are great and work with you at whatever level you begin. I had an athletic background before I started at Code Red but didn’t have crossfit weightlifting experience, and they’ve worked with me on techniques and tips on how to improve and lift more. There’s a good variety of wods, which keeps it interesting! I very much recommend Code Red to anyone considering starting crossfit or anyone looking for a new box!

Excellent Crossfit box! A real team environment. Newcomers feel very welcome here. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They'll coach you through all the movements and help you scale for your ability. A can-do place for everyone.

It's hard to sum up what this gym has meant to my wife and I in one review! The owner (Jake) is top notch he's very involved and genuinely cares about my progress! He's quick to give pointers and has been involved in my progress every step of the way. The other coaches and staff are incredible! It is worth every penny! I can't tell you how many years I dumped money into the 24 hour fitness's of the world to see no results because the staff doesn't really "care" about you. This place is about quality not quantity. My kids are able to hang out in the "Kid Zone" while my wife and I work out.....this in and of itself has been huge! Give it a shot.....I did!

CrossFit Code Red has been my second home for over three years now. I first started when I was fourteen and had no idea what CrossFit was. Over the years, Code Red has helped me feel like a stronger and more confident individual. The coaches here have helped me with scaling movements and personalizing my workouts to help best fit my needs. I have never once felt judged for my level of athleticism or been made to feel bad about movements I struggle with. The diverse and friendly community is very welcoming and supportive. Being at Code Red has made me who I am today and I don’t know were I’d be if I never took that step to join.

Crossfit Code red is a great gym! I joined by myself and I felt right at home. The coaches are great and the athletes I workout with are awesome! Everyone is encouraging no matter what level you are at. I never thought I would get into weight lifting but here I am 4 1/2 years later and am totally hooked! :)
