I was extremely disappointed after my trial visit to your Hollywood, FL location. After speaking with someone on the phone yesterday I booked a trial class and even brought a friend with me to try out the class.Upon arrival, we were met with obviously “qualifying” questions - about our level of commitment and whether we could afford it... we hadn’t even started! Why would I be committed to something I don’t even know if I like... and you haven’t even told me how much it is yet. The woman then proceeded to say “oh, you don’t know how much it is - ok we’ll get to that at the end ” she then proceeded to tell my friend and I that we would both have to purchase $15 hand wraps for our trial class.Umm.No.Nowhere in your online literature does it state that I would have to purchase anything for the trial - and I know for a fact that other franchises don’t require that. In addition to that, since I signed up for the trial class I received no less than 5 combined emails and texts and nowhere was this requirement listed. I could have brought my own wraps from home! “Oh, don’t worry, if you sign up we’ll take it off your payment” We’ll, I don’t know that i like this yet, and now I feel like you’re trying to bait and switch me. Then she said we could do the class without the wraps... which is wholly unsafe. The wraps are there FOR A REASON and the fact you place your greed above the well-being of your customers tells me all I need to know your business. The entire conversation felt pushy and borderline scammy - which doesn’t inspire ANY confidence in your business. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and that’s no way to start a transaction, already feeling like they’re wanting to take advantage of you. So we left without completing the class. I strongly urge you to review your sales approach and if nothing else - don’t allow your employees to put potential customers at risk for a $15 sale.

It's perfect for busy people whose time is limited between work and family. You get a different workout every time you go there which makes it fun and productive. Trainers come and show/help you with each round. Highly recommend it!!

You're definitely in for a great 30 minute, high intensity, sweat-fest of a workout. Ximena, Prince and Julie are so amazing with leading the rounds and drills. They make the 30 minute workout experience challenging but fun!

Had a great experience at 9Round! I was in town for a couple of days and was able to get a great workout in at this location. The staff members were extremely friendly, including Julie and Prince who were very helpful! Would certainly come back!

I absolutely love this workout. In just 30 minutes you're done. It's very complete, varied, and you get to work all your muscles. Trainers are awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and supportive. They work personally with you. Love them all :)

This place is the bomb! If you're looking for a great gym that works you out, this is the place! Leo and Xime are awesome!!!

Great environment, with a guided workout routine but you can always add in your own "thing" in each round. Meets all my needs!

I workout here regularly with my 13 year old daughter. This is the first workout she loves and sticks to religiously. Highly recommended!

Amazing workout with great trainers. they motivate you to do your best. No class time. 30min workout that make you sweat. I higly recomend !
