The place is ok. It has been hard to deal with the management team. Ive being trying to cancel my membership for two months now and they just keep charging me. Ive sent emails, Ive talked to the owner(more than once). They keep saying they will do it, they keep charging me.

This place is great. I came here looking for a gym to learn how to box and am glad with my decision. Our coach is headstrong and is serious about making sure we succeed in every aspect of life, not just boxing, ending every single night with words of wisdom that benefit not only the kids but us adults as well. I came only for me but when I saw how interested and motivated the kids were (and how skilled and polished our coach got them), I went and enrolled my little sister in it as well. Now boxing is all she wants to do! I would recommend this gym to anyone of any level! Go team supreme!!

FCG is the best boxing gym in SoFlo! It really is a community that supports one another and pushes each other at every class. The workouts are challenging but incredible rewarding. It’s intimidating to start a new chapter in your fitness journey, but I promise you won’t regret trying a class here! Try one and thank me later. Flaco is the goat and a really amazing boxing coach.

Don't be afraid to try something new and hard!I've been wallowing in self-pity for a while, knowing that I needed to start working out but just couldn't find the get up and go.The day after a particularly bad night, a new customer and his family walked into my store and, he just happened to own a boxing gym. We got to chatting and he said come on over first class is free!I have to admit I was super intimidated. I've never thrown a punch in my life but it sounded fun so, I went for it and I have to tell you OMG, I think it might have changed my life! The workout is difficult and grueling and exhausting and I was moments away from throwing up but I didn't quit. Then I went back the next day!I've been four times now and I can't wait to go back every time. I never imagined a garage style boxing gym would be so welcoming to those not in their circle, but I was so wrong! It was amazing and it felt like a family. Everybody encouraging each other and pushing each other to do their best.I thought about it and I realized why I've always hated gyms so much. They're so impersonal and nobody makes eye contact and nobody cares if you don't show up for class. They won't even notice. That's just not how my brain works. If I don't feel like I'm part of something, I'm out.So I just wanted to say, DO THE THING! You might be surprised.

Joining a gym means joining a community. Hopefully that community will be uplifting and bring value to your life. Unfortunately, I witnessed one instructor , Latino with a New York accent, demonstrate poor values to the youth he was training. We drove in and the kids were working out in the main driveway. He hesitated to instruct them to set aside, yelled at us for driving in, and blocked the road when we tried to exit. He was disrespectful, yelling, combative, belittling, told us to ‘eat a kid’, and aggressive.
