When to get a commercial pass no one seems to be on the spot in the office every time . Then I need to wait 10min until someone decides to come and sign me in.

For the amount this club charges to join these guys have cheap equipment. Fake machine weights. Not even a real pull up assist machine. Its pretty dangerous in fact what they use in place of a pull up machine. And not even a Olympic sized bar to bench with. If I was rich I still wouldnt enroll into this place.

Island Club and Spa refused to honor a Groupon purchase that expires in July. The attendent's attitude about the spa's decision to stop accepting Groupons was pathetic at best. However, the sudden decision to not honor a simple agreement is much worst and clearly an indication of how they operate--without ethics. It has been the ONLY time a business refused to honor a Groupon, and without notice to Groupon. The spa then stated that we could use their batting cage for $85.Would you trust a company that can't even honor a simple agreement for a onetime use let alone a long-term agreement? I definitely would not.

Great facility. Lots of classes. Tons of little perks like free coffee in the mornings and 7x filtered water whenever. Especially if you are a resident of ko'olani this is a super great deal.
