I had called 3 times in attempt to freeze my membership (all on different dates and times). On the fourth call (over a 1 week period) I finally got an employee to answer. When I brought my concern to ALEXIS she was rude and told me that my circumstance was āunfortunateā and she cannot help me. Upon request for a manager she said āI am one of thoseā and after a brief pause she said āI have two general managers next to me, do you want a male or femaleā (which seems like an unprofessional question to ask). After handing the phone to the manager I could still hear her complaining about me in the background. Whenever you go into this Club4 you can find employees sitting on the front desk, on their phones, and talking about their customers in a negative way. My issue was not resolved and the āgeneral managerā Tyler told me I have to go through a third-party to be able to cancel this membership. He said none of my voicemails were responded to because he cannot access them (a bit strange that a general manager cannot access his businesses voicemails).I would not recommend this gym to anyone and would go as far to say that this is the WORST customer service I have had to deal with.

Worst gym I have EVER experienced. Do not go if you want to be sucked dry. They ARE AWFUL. Staff is so unprofessional and management doesnāt care to listen to issues. I will never attend a gym again because of them I will be fat my whole life.

Never join club4fitness. They have staff who donāt even know how the club functions. I donāt think any of their associates know how the billing department works. There is abc fitness who handles all club4fitness memebership related things. Being a customer I came to know this after hardship and their front desk people never knew this fact. I have seen hell to cancel the membership with club4fitness. The front desk people told me that I can cancel the membership anytime but abc fitness is saying I have to request cancellation 2 months ahead. I was shocked how uneducated the agents at club4fitness. Never ever join them because they are cheap but they will rip you off once you join. Go to planet fitness and they are 100 times better in servicing customers.

This is an awesome place for all your fitness needs. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Group exercise classes and the fitness trainers.

Great gym...super clean and well ventilated. Had some of the best equipment..Hammer Strength,and a lot of different pieces for different muscle groups. Had cleaner to wipe down equipment and plenty of hand sanitizer. I highly recommend!!Been going for 3 months now and still super clean and high quality with everything!Update...so far still just as good as it was when I joined in December of last year!!

Purposefully bad customer service? Not sure what's up here, but it seems other folks had similar bad experiences with some of the staff here. We we're looking for a new gym with good hours and thought we'd check out Club4 in Hoover. We came by to check it out and front desk staff was actively rude and weirdly arrogant? Not in the usual cocky-but-lovable-gym-bro way either. Just an overall bad experience right out of the gate.
