My husband (72) and I (61) have been going to Stacy for Yoga and general Wellness for the past month. The personal attention we have received from her has been amazing. My husband suffers from lower back pain, muscle weakness and and overall stiffness. He is limbering up and becoming more flexible. His lower back is showing marked improvements.I have IBS like symptoms, and her techniques really help me to relax. I especially like her style of Yoga which leans more toward the physical fitness side of it by incorporating Pilates and strength training. We highly recommend Stacy. She is knowledgeable in her field as a personal trainer and compassionate in her approach.

Stacy’s knowledge and enthusiasm for health and body are exceptional.Our workouts together are memorable, along with the education I received on what to do, how to do it and most of all “Why” to do it . The brisk walks down the beach were my favorites.Thank you for helping our family mentally and physically during this pandemic.

Stacy is amazing, kind, and thoughtful! She’ll make sure there are modified versions of exercises for people with shoulder, neck, back, or joint problems so they don’t hurt themselves. She’s extremely welcoming and positive too! Her barre class is tiring but amazing. I seriously enjoy her classes!

Stacy is extremely dedicated to her clients. She takes a very comprehensive approach with her clients and addresses not only their physical needs, but also their emotional and mental needs. She really meets her clients where they are physically and tailors a plan to fit their needs. I have seen noticeable results very quickly. She is very energetic and positive. I highly recommend her.
