So far I enjoy my workouts there. The staff seem to be very helpful and approachable.

Very friendly staff and members, not overly crowded. Very clean. I've been going for a few years there, I highly recommend this location.

They almost redid the whole facility with the exclusion of new stairmasters. The men's restroom is still disgusting. Same urinals and toilets wich look like they never scrub. And poeple are so ghetto fabulous here they feel that they dont have to wipe down stuff. equipment. shipments

I was a very happy client with all the services your gym offers. and I have lost all trust in this brand I needed to cancel my membership due to personal reasons. I was trying to reach you all last month and was unable to get through to some one and even went in to my local gym to try and cancel and they instructed me that I needed to call and I would be refunded. I was sadly mistaken when I tried calling today. you stole money from me and that is in a unacceptable business ethic. If you are going to offer a refund it should be to all states not just California.

I've been coming to this location a little more than a year. It is conveniently located near my home and work.Pros:Most of the staff is courteous and professional. Majority of their machinery is is working condition, and it is quite spacious. Steam room and Sauna is working almost all of the time.Cons:The restrooms are never properly cleaned. Toilets always smell like old urine. Shower curtains are stained with mildew.I try to come early morning to avoid the nastiness.Weights are 97% of the time either in it's wrong place or not racked at all.Many car break-ins so try to park close.Most evenings, members play music on a speaker that can be heard throughout the gym. Not sure why staff never addresses it...Regardless of the Cons, I come in, workout, rerack my weights, and leave. Just wish it could be a bit more " tidy'd'-up" so my visits could be more pleasurable.

The hurricane helped with the renovation of this club. Staffs are EXTREMELY USELESS; they don’t greet you nor help with anything. The equipments are promised to be filthy and super disorganised with staffs just walking by leaving everything to that poor woman to clean and do everything else. Very sad place for a club.

The person working @ night doesn't know/ doesn't want to clean up..... Cmon

This is my favorite place to unwind after a stressful flight. Whenever I fly out of Houston Hobby Airport, I always stop by to relax my legs on the bike or treadmill and take a shower before driving home.

I printed out a 3 day pass at my home. After that, I went to 24 Hour Fitness. I showed it to the staff and they said to wait because the person who is printing out the "real" pass is giving a person a tour of the gym. They said it takes about 5 minutes to be finished. I waited 10-20 minutes and I was frustrated. I told the staff if I could go to the gym and come back for the pass later. They said no and wait for another 5 minutes. I went to the person who is printing out the pass and told him/her if he/she is finish. They said that they are almost finish. I waited for another 10-20 minutes getting more frustrated. I got so frustrated that I decided to go home. I never get a good workout. Bad customer service here at that location.

Normal gym, nothing special. Ya they have a swimming pool and a basketball court but the weight area is not that impressive. A lot of old equipment. The only positive things about this gym is that the staff is really nice. I give them that.
