Great gym with a super friendly staff. Did two drop-ins while I was in Houston. Huge facility with a ton of toys (equipment). I will be visiting again if I am ever in Houston.

Fantastic crossfit location. Don't waste time going anywhere else in town.I visited other 2 prior getting in here. Central Houston was the only one whose coaches came to talk to me, introduce themselves nd made me feel welcomed.They are very well experienced, energetic and fun.Gym it's well taken care, great infrastructure spacious and clean.What else could I ask for?My to go place while in town from now on.

As a visiting CF person, great visitor policy. Huge gym. Well marked for distancing. Friendly team and Tim was a good coach. He kept the pace and motivation in the class.

The coaches and community make this place more than just a 'gym'. The coaches and members will make you feel welcome right from Day One.The focus is more on form and using the right technique. Coaches are very invested in helping individuals grow and push the limits. They helped me with the basic techniques in the first week through the on-ramp program. Coaches also helped me modify / scale workouts as required based on my fitness / skill levels.The gym has a strong sense of community. Overall, if you want to enjoy the fitness journey, CFCH is the place to be.I would highly recommend CFCH whether you are a seasoned athlete or just curious about CrossFit.

Great community
