I'm a member at Big Cat Crossfit in Lafayette, La . I don't think I have ever experienced such a fantastic welcome in any gym as when I went to Crossfit central. The partner workout was great and someone volunteered to be my partner immediately. No easy thing since I'm 75 years old :)Can't wait to visit again when I go to Houston the end of this month.

CFCH is an awesome box. I dropped in twice this week while in Houston for a conference and the members here are super welcoming. They have plenty of equipment and space. Highly recommend for any visitors!

I’ve now dropped in twice and have had a great experience both times! Their coaches run very high energy classes and do an awesome job getting everyone warmed up, explaining the workout, and providing feedback throughout. The members are also incredibly welcoming. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door. Another plus was the ability to do some extra work once the class was done. They have space in the back where I was able to get some extra lifting in on my own as well as a variety of different pieces of cardio equipment (assault bikes, bike erg, echo bike, true forms, ski erg, towers.... what more could you want).
