Coach Donis is one of the best coaches in Texas he has over 32 years of boxing experience & 16 years of coaching experience & as one of his fighters I can truly say DONIS BOXING ACADEMY is the best place to be if you want to learn real boxing & top notch skills he will make you a great fighter without expecting if you’re willing to listen & work hard , trust me a lot of people who have been to this gym all know how great of a coach Donis is he will have you looking like a pro with just a year of hard work & dedication & listening if you’re looking to start boxing come try out DONIS BOXING ACADEMY you will learn & get in shape !

Coach Donis is the real deal folks. I will admit I was skeptical at first, however, after training for one month, I see now why so many seek his guidance. The man has vast amount of boxing knowledge and skills. It is true that he builds the best boxing foundation in the nation. Coach Donis will teach you the fundamentals of boxing at the correct pace and skill level of each individual fighter. There is not one single method or formula for teaching boxing and Coach Donis understands this well. It is the reason why he is so successful, truly a master of his craft. His top fighters are living proof of this success. If you wish to actually learn the sport of boxing then Coach Donis is the one.

If you have not mastered the art of patience which translates into rhythm and timing do not waste Coach Donis’ time. He is the best foundational coach in the country. Just like a house if the foundation is slapped together it will collapse. Coming to this gym has given me a much better over all form than I had from other coaches. During this period of developing form I also gained a calmness through the repetition. This calmness transcended into my overall life. This gym has made me a better man as well as a better boxer.

Both of my kids train here. Coach is always on time and ready to put in work! Even though the trainings are hard the kids never complain and are always ready for the next challenge.They have learned how to light a fire within themselves to achieve their goals. Coach Donis is amazing at what he does and his passion shows.
