Awesome Trainers and Staff, always motivating and helping you reach your goals. The workouts are always challenging, and I don't even know where to begin what to say about our 5am workout crew, they are all amazing, pushing each other to succeed. Great gym! They make you feel like family.

I absolutely love LIFE FIT! The trainers are amazing, the atmosphere is great and the workouts never disappoint. George is one of my faves, pushes you to test your limits where sometimes you won't dare to try on your own. Fabian and his crew treat my family like their very own. Nothing compares to being able to go to a place where some days seems like therapy and know that while I workout my son is also comfortable and loves to go to the kids room. Honestly, the sense of security I feel that I can look directly at him while I am working out and he can spot me as well through the glass window if needed. You simply can't compare this gym to any other gym. Your fitness level DOES NOT MATTER; It's great for beginners, mid levels, and advanced! Give it a shot, believe me you will not regret it.

I have had other trainers in the past and none can compare to the awesome trainers at Life Fit. Every workout is rewarding and I appreciate the can do atmosphere. The trainers make sure that everyone gets the personal attention needed to be successful in completing the workout sessions. An amazing gym with caring and awesome trainers! Not only do they motivate you but they are very cautious you're doing everything as safely as possible to prevent any kind of injury. I've personally enjoyed being a member for the past 7 months and I 100% recommend taking advantage of the one free class offered to give it a try.

I've been training at Life Fit since late September 2012/early October 2012. Since day one everyone was welcoming, motivating and friendly! Fabian our trainer, is there to watch your form and make sure you are doing your workouts correctly, making your workout effective. Along with our group training classes, he also offers one on one training to focus on specific "problem" areas. Fabian is very knowledgeable in his training and I am confident that I am getting more than what I pay for monthly. I have tried other "bootcamps" in the past and have never felt as confident or gotten the results I am getting now. Fitness is a lifestyle change and I'm happy that we have found a place to call our "fitness home" everyone is there for the same reasons and we are "family".

Life Fit is AMAZING! I’ve tried many gyms and many diets. I have NEVER gotten the results I was looking for until I started coming here. Fabian is so knowledgeable and so good at what he does. He truly cares about you, your health and your transformation. Beginner to Pro – he meets you right where you are and helps you start working on your goal. The atmosphere is so comfortable here. The people are like family and they welcome you and care about you just as much as Fabian does. I wouldn’t recommend any place else. You want weight loss? You want muscle build? You want to be healthy….this is the place you need to be!
