My family and I have been members since they opened with the exception of covid when they were closed. My biggest frustration is that the equipment that is broken has been broken for months. The weight machines need updated/fixed. Please put some $ toward this. Cleanliness would be nice.

Why is this place called '24hr Fitness' when it's not open 24 hours a day?

I mean, I’m glad it’s open, considering so many of them just shut their doors yet took our monthly dues during Covid. Problem is the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, at all times. It’s a BYOTP situation - “bring your own toilet paper”. The floors in the stalls are the worst I’ve ever seen!! I won’t even touch the slimy skin cell laden sink handles to turn on the water - not like there’s soap anyways. Even a murder scene restroom is cleaner than this biohazard. Have some pride in your own facility!

This place has gone down hill. Mold is EVERYWHERE, doesn’t the OC Health Inspector see this? Broken equipment all the time and rude workers at the Front Desk that could care less when you bring things to their attention. They just stand there and b.s. all day and no one cleans anymore. Mold in the drinking fountains and all over the showers…the Fullerton location is mold free, everyone is smiling and helpful…night and day

This gym desperately needs to modify the open/close hours. They close early on weekends and Fridays. All at differing times. They put a sign at the front desk to direct you to other locations in different cities and that are way out of the way, that are open longer. Hoping you won't say something about the hours. We understand if you want to close early maybe on a Sunday an hour early, but Friday and Saturday? This is not going to work for the younger crowd that are moving to the city.

Disappointed in what this gym has turned into. I was really excited when this location opened several years ago but then they shut down some of the surrounding gyms and substantially reduced the hours. It seems flooded with people all the time and workout that should take 30 mins, takes upwards of an hour due to lack of available equipment. I don't know if they run promotions for the local high schools but it seems to have a high percentage of high schoolers. The maintenance is also lacking. They have made some efforts to improve by having a log but a lot of it is little stuff, bent carabiner here, missing not critical part, and missing and loose screws there. It just seems all over the places. I thought Super Sports were supposed to be a higher tier. Some of the staff is friendly and it is somewhat clean. Hence the two instead of 1 star.Maybe they are still struggling since the pandemic but I sure hope they turn this place around.

DISABLED & DISCOURAGED!I am disabled and I walk with a walker. I've been coming for just under two weeks.I'm grateful that they have special designated areas in the locker room for disabled people with walking devices. What's discouraging is that when I get to the locker after doing my therapy swim I cant get in the disabled shower stall that has a bench. Members who aren't physically limited with a walking device, continue to use that first stall in the women's locker room to shower, it is designed with a bench for those who CAN'T stand in a regular stall?!?Another concern is the question why are these members taking a 40-45minute showers not allowing people who are disabled such as myself and others to be able to get into that stall it is very discouraging it is very disrespectful to use facilities designated for people with special needs. In the stall there are two small little stickers up on the wall that's not even at eye-level for people to see that it's a designated stall there's a need for a big huge dialogue sign saying that this stall is designated for disabled people only not just a small little square sticker and the inside of the shower stall. Please fix this as soon as possible it is already difficult as it is to walk in with a walker.
