Nice facility. Great equipment and classes. At certain times the parking lot can be a challenge. No towel service. Everything else makes this my favorite location in the area.

Aremae is the best yoga instructor, I go to all the classes and wasn’t sure I would even like yoga at first. Facilities are well kept but it does get overly busy during peak hours after work. Lots of older people hangout and sometimes crowd the steamroom, jacuzzi and sauna, but can you really blame them? Showers are decent with soap and bags for wet clothes. The mobile app is useful to track, recommend workouts and see class schedules. Good value for the price and clean overall. I would recommend an update to the water fountain/bottle filling station and flags for the pool to do backstroke. Good review overall.

Excellent location! Always clean, feel at ease, no intimidating or archaic machines, and plenty of equipment. I have yet to feel anything but an endorphin rush here! Staff is respectful, keeps facility clean, safe and inviting!Locker-rooms are set up in a well thought out fashion, and quite neat and clean.
