Trying to pay for it in order to get what we paid for, but urhhhh.Sauna always stinky, zacuzzi is smelling like a dumpster. Why can't they manage it better so they can make more money...

This summer I decided to start taking care of my health which I have neglected to do in the past. I am 67 years old and have had multiple surgeries including : back surgery, knee replacements, rotator cuff and various others. At the end of June I joined the Bella Terra 24 Hour Fitness Club. I nervously started training with Stan Wada. Stan is an amazing trainer. His passion and dedication in helping his clients is unsurpassed. He has been understanding to my health issues while positively motivating me. I have been able to lose an average of2 lbs. a week, my body is feeling stronger, and I am moving much better than before including being able to go up and down the stairs smoothly. I had a personal training session with Christine. She was awesome. She took her time with me and never pressured me purchase more sessions. So far I have tried a body combat & zumba class. The Instructors were great. This was just my first week. We will see how things go as time goes on.

I come here probably 4 times a week. During the early afternoons it isn't as busy. Don't get me wrong, this place is very busy compared to other gyms. I mainly use the free weights here and always rerack my weights. Plenty of paper towels and santizing spray around to keep your workout area clean before and after. I wish they would put something else besides MTV though.

was working out and associate decides to change channel on tv without asking. pool is filthy. at least 2 band aids floating around in it at all times. when asking for assistance, no one knows what they are doing. almost closed my membership cause of this gym. surprised 24hr's has there name on this filthy gym.

I go to this location ONLY if I want to swim, & cant get to the executive one on Metro or Triangle Square. I use the express mostly on Brookhurst as this one is kind of dirty & there is an element I do not care for. They steal! Do not leave anything there unattended. Today I left my swimsuit hanging on the handicap bar. 2 hours later I called & its gone! They looked quickly. I recover anything if left at another location. Showers are not working right often, out of soap, & the people in the pool area are inconsiderate! They shower long, wash clothes in there, etc...The staff is nice, machines good, parking decent....Really cannot believe my suit is gone. Wondering if they checked thoroughly.

This gym is awful and the staff is horrible. Nobody gave me any information about my membership and they had charged my card with out notifying me. I went to cancel charges and everything but they didn't even give me a refund or anything! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!

Jerry is the worst guy to talk to. He was being so aggressive towards me I literally thought he was going to beat me up. You can't even take a family member to try out the gym with a free pass because they pressure you to get a membership, if you don't then they start being really rude and disrespectful towards you. I am a member and I pay for my membership and this is NOT the way you should speak to your members?? I don't even give this place a star only because I have no choice. People go somewhere else NOT HERE!!!!!!

From out off state, trying to get an one day guess pass, was turned away by the non attentive female receptionist. The patrons of the business were exceptionally childish and rude. How ever the parking attendants was polite and nice.I would not refer this fitness place to a soul on this planet, the service would be horrible inside.SignedUnhappy visitor
