So excited to join this gym! I've been to a few others and this one is awesome. Instructors are motivating with great energy and it has a really nice family feel with all the other members. Can't wait to continue working out here!!

Riza, the owner of 9Round…invited the Fountain Valley moms group for a bootcamp session and boy did it kick my butt! I was sore for days…in a good way of course. I really enjoyed the entire workout as well as the convenience factor concept…being able to go into the gym during open hours to complete the “9 Rounds,” not relying on a specific class schedule. The gym was very clean and the 9 stations of exercise routines were super challenging yet doable. It was just a fun workout. I would highly recommend trying out a class to see if this exercise regime is right for you. Thanks Riza!

This place is great! Great atmosphere with super helpful trainers. They push you just enough to get you motivated and provide great instructions to help with form. The concept of 9Round is pretty cool. You can go anytime without an appointment and just start anywhere within the 9 round circuit...3 minutes at each station...GREAT 30 minute workout!

Went to a Boot Camp today with my FVMoms group and had an absolute blast getting fit. This work out is addicting, so fun while racking some major calorie burn. Riza and her staff (especially Ethan and Cameron) were motivating and helpful. I highly recommend checking this gym out!

I had a great first workout at this gym. I had not boxed in a long time and really appreciated the help from the trainer. The workout is challenging but the time at each station goes by quickly and mixing boxing with weight exercises is a nice balance. The gym is clean and well organized and there is plenty of free parking. Being able to drop in instead of picking a particular class time is brilliant.

There are several things I love about 9round brookhurst. But what I love most about this gym is the family-like atmosphere and the high-intensity 40 min workout whenever I want!Riza the owner has created a hardworking, encouraging, fun, cheers-like atmosphere, and all the trainers do an amazing job fostering that culture. I have never walked into 9round without multiple people saying hi and calling me by name. Talk about accountability! I know they’re going to ask where I’ve been if I stop showing up.I love that I can be in and out in 40 min or so, and I burn 350-450 calories every time. The workout is 9 different stations consisting of various strength and kickboxing moves. Each round lasts 3min with 1 min active rest in between (jacks, sit-ups, jog, etc). No class times, because you can hop into the rotation whenever!! Huge benefit for a full-time working mom! And if I don’t want to do the circuit, I can do a weight workout off to the side that’s posted on a white board. I usually do the circuit twice a week, and weights twice a week.I’ve been going to 9round for 3 months, 3-4 times per week, and I feel great! It’s a great combo of cardio and strength training. So glad I found this place!

Riza the owner is very accommodating. Thank you. I really enjoyed my introductory class the instructor was very knowledgeable. The class was a great workout too. I do Pilates reformer classes the kickboxing class felt like a similar workout!

Bought a Groupon to check this place out. Riza is super friendly. All the trainers are great, esp David. I went in a noob, hardly able to do the workouts. Everyone was positive and encourging. 6 months later, I’m down 20 lbs and the strongest I’ve felt in years. Thanks!!

I went for my trial and everyone is super nice and positive. The owner Riza showed me correct form for each exercise. She is very passionate about what she does! 9Round is a great combo of kickboxing, cardio, and weights.
