Cleanest gym I have ever worked out at. The staff is awesome

I’m in the area for a temporary assignment and was using this anytime fitness location for about a month. This franchise owner ended up locking me out of the facility as I did not want to switch to this location as my home gym and pay the increased membership fee of $56. I am mainly disappointed that he did so without a heads up resulting in me not being able to use the gym even though I paid for the current month.The gym itself is ok but some of the toppers on the devises have some cracks. There are also 2 leaks in the ceiling from the AC where buckets are placed in the middle of the gym. You have to decide if that is worth $56 to you.

This is the best gym around if you don't like crowds and influencers. The people who go to this gym aren't dilly dallying around or filming themselves or posing in mirrors. They go, they work out, they leave. This gym is also remarkably clean and well kept compared to many other gyms in the area. All of the patrons are nice, sociable, and encouraging. The employees and manager are accommodating and have great attitudes. I also love the variety of music. The gym is small but big enough for it not to feel crowded even with a decent amount of people. Small enough that you don't have to walk long distances to get from one area to another which makes it easy for supersetting. It has limited equipment but I almost never have to wait to use any of it. It has everything you need to get a good workout in and none of the fluff. It also has several individual private bathrooms, most of them with showers, so you don't have to share a locker room. It also has towel service and there is a steady supply of clean microfiber towels for your daily use. All this plus the fact that you have literal 25/7 access and it's located right next to Trader Joe's for your post gym grocery needs. I've been going here steady for over a year now and I haven't been able to find a better gym that suits my preferences and needs.

This is a pretty good gym. Great people, decent size for an Anytime, and a solid selection of equipment. They can definitely improve the air conditioning (it usually feels about 78 in there), and maybe fix the air dryers in the bathrooms or carry paper towels. Really not deal breakers for me, but would enhance the quality of the place if those two things improve. I also love Anytime Fitness in general because they have locations everywhere, including overseas which is great.

Been a member for quite a few years. Gym is clean and mostly empty/light attendance. Only complaint would be to have some more machines (nothing for calves) and benches.

After many efforts to resolve this internally I feel i have no choice but to warn others about our experience with Anytime Fitness. The lack of customer service we have received is disheartening given that this location was a great place to workout.My husband decided to terminate his membership last October as the location no longer worked with his schedule. He called anytime fitness and let them know he wanted to cancel. They explained he would have to come in person to this location in order to cancel. But they confirmed they could get it canceled. He complied and went into the facility where they looked over his account and told him he had to email in his cancellation request and they would cancel it for him. Once again he complied. The email was sent on October 19 2022 before his final term billing cycle in November. We realized months later we were still being charged even after the cancellation request was sent in. We called the location and explained this and they so easily canceled the account via phone.We have been battling them for a refund of our money over the last several weeks. Their excuse is that the cancellation request was sent before the term ended so they couldn’t cancel. However they never mentioned this and never brought it up. We were told it would be canceled. We requested the cancellation only a couple of weeks before the ending period so that would have been the proper thing to do to avoid additional charges. I feel it’s completely responsible to ask for a termination in advance if that’s your plan.We have heard that “inquiries get lost” and they receive too many inquiries to keep up with requests like this. It’s disappointing to have given so much money to a company that doesn’t value honesty or transparency. I feel like i should warnothers of our experience and if you plan to cancelWatch your bank account for fraudulent charges made after cancellation.

Love this gym so much! Lots of equipment and it is super clean and the staff is the absolute best :) 10/10 recommend coming here

Went to an old anytime fitness for a while but it closed down and I never got another membership that felt good to me. Then I was told about this one and gave it a shot. Great staff, wide variety of equipment, and good environment. Worth going to for people that don't like generic big gyms that are constantly overflowed.

Clean facility, private amenities, and an amazing staff. By far the best gym in Orange County, with the cleanest facilities I’ve see at a gym. It has everything you could ever want from a gym, not to mention the private bathrooms and showers. It never gets over crowded and equipment is always available, convenient for getting a quick workout in! Highly recommend to checkout anytime fitness in Huntington Beach!

Absolutely the best gym I’ve ever been a member of (and I’ve gone through a lot over the years). This gym has a real community feel. Since it’s a smaller gym, it doesn’t take long to get to know everyone. There are plenty of weights and equipment and I’ve almost never had to wait/fight for a weight or machine. Tony, the owner, is extremely nice and welcoming. Joel, the manager, is such a nice guy that he has become a pretty close friend of mine all because I met him at the gym. The personal trainers, Dean, Becca and Tyrell are also very knowledgeable and willing to help everyone! I’ve been a member here for about 2 years now and have no plans of leaving anytime soon!
