I've always been the kind of guy to work out for a month or two and just stop. Been attending since September 19 and I can really notice the difference in weight and stamina. Turill is a great instructor who always encourages you to do your best. Another big plus is the people, everyone is really supportive and always happy to help.

Coming back from injury Turill knows how to bring you back slowly so you can get stronger and back into shape! It’s great to have my flexibility back and be able to train consistently again.

Been going to Turill on and off for a few years. What I can say about him is he has A LOT OF ENERGY. There were days I didn’t feel like working out. Don’t worry about that. He will make you work out. He’s always smiling and clowning around. Very positive person and very knowledgeable. He will get you the results you need.

Turill is awesome! Love the workouts. Always something different and challenging. I always walk out feeling better about myself than when I walked in. If you are looking for something fun and challenging I would definitely recommend trying out his classes!

This place is great for small group training. Each workout session is different and I’ve noticed a big difference for my body type since starting 3 months ago. I’m a long time gym member and adding these sessions definitely has helped me get results quickly. Turill pushes hard, makes modifications, if necessary and will make sure you have good form to maximize your workout and to prevent injury. If you want results, check this place out!

It has been several months since I started worked out at Bodies Performance, and I must say that the results are impeccable. You will definitely see results in just a few weeks. I felt more energetic, stronger, flexible during the day. Turill and the other trainers know how to bring the best out of you. Every workout is different, and he offers a lot of variety in exercises. Along with his motivation and determination, he makes sure that you accomplisg your goals.
