I’ve been a member of corepower on and off the last 8 years. Mostly in NorCal. This is the most well run location I’ve been too. Availability of classes and quality of teachers is top notch. Jill C, Marina se, Lisa, Aly are all great teachers with a solid grasp of yoga (as are several more). The Hotpower Fusion is not my thing and reminds me of 90’s bikram(🤢, but it just goes to show they offer something for everyone.

Great staff, early morning classes are a bit too chatty. There seems to be a very sophomoric group of "regulars" who attend early morning sculpt classes. They are very loud and talkative before class and are under the impression that there is "assigned seating" as opposed to first come/first serve. I have nothing against the studio or staff. However, practicing yogi's should RESPECT THE SILENCE and respect the space. Just because you have been attending for months/years does not give you seniority over spaces in an already cramped 5:45 am class.

There job is to get you on the mat and out as efficiently as humanly possible, and there’s no other brand that does it better than CorePower. Would totally recommend trying CorePower if you’re looking for a professional, clean, expedient corporate vibe. 👍❤️ …

Super popular studio so come early on weekends especially during the holidays because parking can sometimes be a struggle. Prior to COVID the classes were super packed on weekends. My favorite class was yoga sculpt.
