Pricy and you get elbow space and cleanliness in return. They got rid of many stuck up employees from its first year/two. Nice equipment but mostly geared overall for classes.

Went here to workout while staying in Irvine for a week from Chicago. Already took my pre workout and got to the gym and found out that they do not offer a day pass. Poor business decision by the management and a huge financial mistake. Would not recommend.

This place is basically known for the view. It is very clean and it's newer, but it's much smaller than Equinox in Irvine. The location at Pacific City offers a lot of after workout drinks and food. Parking can be a little bit of an issue because they only validate for 3 hours. I much prefer this place over the Newport location

Minimal customer service after your a member. However management has been following up and trying to improve this aspect. Top notch group fitness classes.

The classes are always full, the gym is small, they dont even give the treadmills a view. It wasn't worth the expense so my wife and I cancelled. They cancelled my wife fine but for me they cancelled a different person and charged me another month. I am on my 3rd call to get a refund. I feel worse for the guy who has to deal with having his membership cancelled.

This is the worst Equinox of the 6 I have visited. Their management is horrible. I made several recommendations for the gym. All acknowledged as great at the time, but none implemented. Also, made complaints regarding the classes. They cut the main class (evening sessions) I joined for in the first place. There is no pool. Staff members are ill informed and not friendly. It all started out bad with my first visit when the front desk staff couldn't be bothered to show me around the club. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!
