I love coming here. David has been very helpful with everything I’ve needed help with. He goes out of his way to help even if he is busy. Best part,Very few people are here in the afternoon/ morning. you can get in and get your workout done fast

Small but usually not busy. Great place if you hate big gyms with even bigger crowds. Not much in free weights if you're a serious gym rat, but enough of the basics to get a good workout.

I can say I personally love Fitness 19 more than any other gym. There is an amazing community of lifters here complimented by the gym's incredible staff! There are lots of varieties of machines and equipment here that are kept in pristine condition, which I appreciate.Overall this gym is a very good hidden gem of Orange County with cheap signup to become a member!

I enjoy the fact I can workout without any wait time. My trainer listens not only to my comments but also body language. He is spot on with which exercises and nutrition that’s best for me. Staff is so helpful.

Pretty good gym, has all the equipment you need, the people are really friendly, the staff is amazing and very respectful. The gym is really clean and so is the equipment.Employe of the year should be David Nares. He Helped me get started at the gym and he is very helpful.

This is a great gym, I haven’t had any bad experiences during my time going there. Everyone including the staff is friendly and it’s a clean place for an affordable price. I have no complaints about my experiences at this gym.
