This gym has the greatest group of people that are ready to work hard and build each other up. Paul, the owner, is a great guy that is able to explain jiu jitsu concepts easily.I highly recommend checking out this gym!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be a priority and not a number. The coaches here really focus on your progress and encourage you to be the best you can be. I can truly call this place my home gym.

I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to compete and learn self defense.The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient with their students. I love that they have a family environment and believe that all students have their own unique way of learning.

This small boutique gym is a diamond in the rough. I’ve trained with Coach Paul and Coach James for years now, and they are always welcoming and helpful. The gym has a family feel, for everyone gets along great, and we often celebrate milestones together like birthdays, graduations, etc. The coaching at this gym is phenomenal, and the kids class is a testament to the gyms success because the kids who train there are constantly winning and placing at tournaments. My son is two, but as soon as he is four, he will be joining. I can’t thank the coaches enough for all the time and effort they’ve put in helping me on my martial arts journey. I will be forever grateful.
