They book you for an orientation and when you get there 10 minutes before the scheduled time they say oh sorry we have to reschedule we cannot let you in if there is only 10 minutes before the class starts. Such a welcoming attitude towards someone new in the area!Also smells terrible at the reception.

I went for lift classes on Sunday with Coach Deena and lunch time workout with Coach Andy. This studio is very clean and organized. The front desk girls are very helpful and always ready to help. I love coming here to get the best workout in 60 mins.

I've taken Coach Deena's Sunday class a number of times. She never fails to make the drive worth it (it takes me about 25 mins mins to get to the Bella Terra studio). Coach Deena is so personable, remembers you by name, and challenges you to be a better version of yourself. She pays attention to your progress and always motivates you to strive for better. On top of all of this, her playlist is always fire!

I can’t love this place enough. Coach Haley and Coach Deena have the best playlists. Want some hip hop, boy bands, 80s, Britney, they for you covered! They both are so encouraging and help you through the workouts. OTF fosters an environment of community and everyone supports each other throughout the entire workout. I will be forever grateful to this place for getting me out of my comfort zone and even Covid depression years ago. I never used to say I enjoy working out until OTF. Yes the workouts can be hard let’s be honest haha, but it’s so rewarding being able to see how the results and seeing how you get stronger each time. It’s a must try and first class is free!

OT BellaTerra is the best! Best staff! Best trainers! Best people! All trainers and staff are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. The people are courteous, nonjudgemental and welcoming.Personally, I’ve been attending since November of 2021 and have completed over 240 classes.Each class has been both unique and challenging. I’m never bored and the energy is always high. The music in my opinion is great too.I’m an analytical type of guy so I love the app. It’s easy to sign up for classes, review your results from a current or past class and even search for other studios when you are out of town (I travel to Georgia and SC a lot).OT BellaTerra is a great place to meet new people, get stronger, get your heart rate up, and blow off some steam. You don’t have to be an athlete. Just come as you are!Robert

I love coach Deena!! And of course the other coaches and front desk staff are amazing! They're always so friendly and helpful. From the way the coaches motivate you to want to go just a little faster or lift a little heavier. Can't forget to mention the music! It's always a party, whether you go at 5am or 5pm, the energy is always 1000%! Love the OTF BT team! Thank you for providing me an awesome community to work out with, have some fun, and take a break from the daily grind.

It's not just a workout, it's a party!!!Seriously, the Orange Theory Staff make working out fun. They play great music while we are huffing and puffing and are really encouraging during the workouts. Shout outs to Morgan and Emma in the front and the great coaches - Aly, Joe, Crystal, Haley and Deena.There are a lot of "regulars" in each class, so it becomes a community and everyone feels like their in it together. Moreover, the staff cycle in a lot of interesting workouts like partner workouts and competitions to keep the workouts interesting.The workouts are comprised of aerobics (treadmill, bike, strider and rower) and strength training (weights, resistance bands and TRX straps). Most classes evenly split time between strength and aerobic conditioning. One wears a heart rate monitor to display what "zone" one is training in, with the idea being more than 12 minutes in a higher intensity zone will result in burning more calories in the following 24 hours.The results have been great for me. I've lost some weight, built some muscle and massively cranked up my endurance. My doctor's happy :)Orange Theory is definitely worth a try. Since one can work out at nearly any Orange Theory in the country, it's great for people who travel.

This Orangetheory is fantastic! The coaches are all so encouraging and engaged- always helping you with form and your personal goals. The gym is super clean and the equipment is never broken or run down. I love the glider and bike options. Great place to get fit
