Ruby should take notes from Eduardo who has some customer service skills. CONSUMER BEWARE!

I was really hoping you guys would open for the start of the New Year! There are a couple smaller gyms open in my area and they are all requiring substantial enrollment and activation fees. Even the ones with deals are still going to be expensive just to sign up. Then some have cancellation fees, and others go month to month. I don't want to learn a new layout. I want to go to my favorite gym guys! Please open so I don't have to pay these expensive one-time non-refundable fees just to be there for a few months. It takes a few months to really get in the swing of a new routine anyway.

I like the feeling of how open and spacious it is. The equipment is laid out into sections well. Also, they have an efficient and friendly staff.

I just tried a different Planet Fitness location (Harbor Blvd) and it made me SO grateful for the Goldenwest one! I've been working out here for a while and the staff ALWAYS greet guests and wish you a nice day when you leave, there's plenty of equipment, people have pretty good gym etiquette and are respectful, there's lotsss of open space for lifting and stretching, the cardio machines have their own tv screens and face away from other workout areas (towards windows), there's a TRX area, the layout is nice, the parking lot feels safe, and I regularly see staff walking around and wiping equipment. Also, I appreciate that they have barbell pads and ankle straps available to borrow.I just love it here!! It's a very comfortable and pleasant place to exercise.Constructively, I do think they could work on cleanliness in the bathrooms (hair on shower walls, toilets not flushing, clogged sinks) and keep sanitizing stations stocked with paper towels (and maybe even add more - like other locations have paper towels and spray attached to trash cans). Additionally, the "lunk alarm" decor feels obnoxious and judgmental - what they based their entire self on not being. Would like to see that go one day. Happy lifting!

It's a solid gym. It's missing a few things that would make it a great gym.If you're just looking for a good gym without a lot of free weights and a lot of judgement then this may be the correct gym for you.No pool, basketball court, or other luxury items, but a good place to go workout.

Will never go back to this location. When I walked in no one was at the desk. I then noticed some staff doing their own fitness workouts. The two young ladies who did eventually managed to emerge out of the shadows seemed confused as to what was happening. The women's locker room was dirty and the showers were disgusting. I walked out.

I am loving the experience. Training with Garrett has really been very helpful on my working out journey. I usually am never confident enough to use the machines so having the trainer will keep me wanting to come back.

The gym was clean, but I was surprised when I stepped into the women's bathroom. It was my first time at this location, a weekday around noon. The toilets weren't that clean, the showers had a few hair piles, and the shower curtains needed their own washing. I never had to worry about this at my old PF. I should have taken photos. I'll have to find another branch for now.
