What a great place to get in shape. The trainers are very attentive and help with modifications as necessary. I like how each day is a different workout as well. And the challenges to help see how we have progressed over the months is truly motivating.I like that group sizes are small too. If you are looking for a place that is judgement free, this is it.

I teach dance and unless I am dancing, hate to exercise! She Rocks is insanely inviting and I get the motivation and encouragement I need to get me to move! I’ve gotten so much stronger since I’ve been going and I look forward to my workouts now!! The teachers are amazing and the family type environment they have is just what I needed!

I am so thrilled to have found She Rocks Fitness! From the owner, to the welcoming community of women, to the adorable Laberdoodle who greats you at the front door- everything about this place is inviting, inspiring and motivating! I am on week one there and haven’t worked out in a while (I was so nervous) but they offer so many personal modifications, that it feels like I am getting a personal training session. Added bonus- the workouts go by so fast! I am hooked! Highly recommend!

I really liked this workout and this place because it is exactly what I was looking for! I hadn’t been working out (and working from home) the past 1.5 years but I had missed this style of workout with my previous fitness trainers in the Bay Area. This place didn’t disappoint! And I was still able to keep up!

She Rocks fitness is changing my life! I was so out of shape, but everything was modified for me until I could do the exercises comfortably. It’s an all female gym with the nicest most welcoming women in the world!

6 months and I am SO strong! Michael is dedicated to every single person at SheRocks! I feel like I'm getting personal training! I started going there because I had placed a bid on two weeks at his gym and wanted to try something (anything!) out because I was out of shape and always have been (our kids go to the same school and this is one of MANY things he does to give back to the community). I didn't win, but he offered for me to come in anyway! I am NOT your traditional gym person. In fact, when I stepped in there.. I thought.. I don't do this. This is not for me. He (and all the amazing and STRONG ladies) made me feel so comfortable and everyone was so encouraging.. it's no wonder I've now been there since June (it's now December). I love being strong and I love how I feel. It is a true community at SheRocks -- supportive, fun, and such a great workout in 35 minutes. If I can do it -- you can!**one year update** still loving it ❤️

My friend, Debbie, introduced me to She Rocks over 11 year ago and I'm grateful she did. The trainers, Michael and Anne, are the best. It's a great workout in a short amount of time with a great group of ladies.

I started working out at She Rocks in Jan. 2022. I was nervous and intimidated at first, but I was really looking for fun workouts that were high intensity for a short period of time, to make it doable for my schedule. It is pretty intense in the beginning, but now a few months later, I will say I feel stronger, more flexible and my stamina is increasing. Michael and Anne are both great personal trainers that show you proper form and give you encouragement to keep you working out through the cycles of training. I am someone that has injuries (back, hip, and other old injuries), so they work with me on modifying the workouts so it's doable for me. FOR anyone looking for a change, a GREAT all over body workout, I would HIGHLY suggest you give this a chance and come in and do a circuit training class. Do not be intimidated, even if you have old injuries (back, ankles, etc...) or limitations they will work with you. It's been a few months for me now and it was JUST what I was looking for :)!!!

Wow I am so excited to be with a group of like minded women. The workouts and the enthusiasm is contagious. She Rocks is a great fit for my needs. The coaching is personal and as a participant I am heard and seen. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Highly recommend. Short. Fun. Core strength. Community. It all is great! I’ve been incredibly encouraged by the women around me and by the trainers Anne and Michael. It’s been such a blessing to be able to move my body again after having five children. Go get out there and move!
